Zoniënwoud

The Sonian Forest is a sprawling beech forest on the south-eastern edge of Brussels, prized by photographers for its tall, straight rows of trunks, especially in autumn light. Parts of the forest hold Unesco World Heritage status for their ancient, untouched beech stands.
